know this, that if the goodman of the house
had known in what watch the thief would
come, he would have watched, and would
not have suffered his house to be broken up.
Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an
hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh
(Matthew 24:43,44). Jesus is coming for called
out people who are watching for Him.
Once in Heaven, the Bride will be called to
the Marriage Supper of the Lamb; and that
will be such a great time. Let us be glad and
rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage
of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath
made herself ready (Revelation 19:7). Jesus
and His shed blood have made her
worthy of such a great feast.
The Bride will be called out
from the Tribulation Period.
She will escape all the horror
that will take place
on the Earth. Jesus said,
Because thou hast kept
the word of my patience,
I also will keep thee
from the hour of temptation,
which shall come
upon all the world, to try
them that dwell upon the
earth (Revelation 3:10).
Watch ye therefore, and
pray always, that ye may be
accounted worthy to escape
all these things that shall come
to pass, and to stand before the
Son of man (Luke 21:36).
It will be so easy to hear those calls if you
have been hearing and yielding to God’s calls
here on Earth. He is calling His children to
work for Him and bring in the harvest of lost
souls, to be dedicated and consecrated to Him
and to be separated unto Him in everything.
Jesus said, Ye have not chosen me, but I
have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye
should go and bring forth fruit, and that
your fruit should remain: that whatsoever
ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he
may give it you (John 15:16). Jesus has called
you to so many things, and you can answer
each call through the blood of Jesus and the
indwelling of the Holy Ghost.
That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and
that which is born of the Spirit is spirit (John
3:6).
You Must Belong to God
No one can have the vital relationship with
divinity that they must have without yielding
completely to Jesus. The Song of Solomon
describes the relationship the Bride must have
with her Groom. My beloved is mine, and I
am his (Song of Solomon 2:16). Thou art all
fair, my love; there is no spot in thee (Song
of Solomon 4:7). Who is this that cometh up
from the wilderness, leaning upon
her beloved the Groom (Song
of Solomon 8:5)? It is the
Bride.
The Lord is calling His
children to absolute consecration.
I beseech you
therefore, brethren, by
the mercies of God, that
ye present your bodies
a living sacrifice, holy,
acceptable unto God,
which is your reasonable
service (Romans
12:1). You don’t have to
be acceptable to man, but
you do have to be acceptable
to God. The Bible says,
The Lord knoweth them that
are his (II Timothy 2:19).
The Holy Spirit is continually drawing
the Bride into the arms of the Groom because
she must be yielded completely to Him in obedience
and holy submission. Her relationship
with her Lord must be one of complete surrender,
and she must act that out daily. The Bride
must have a complete union with Jesus Christ;
and then glorious, divine thoughts, divine
works, divine help and divine answers will be
hers.
Be Ready for God’s Calls
At the midnight hour, the Bride will be called
out to meet Jesus in the air; so she must be
ready at all times. The Bible declares, But
