One day in mid-February of 2017, my
back tightened up while I was playing
indoor tennis for a couple hours. It didn’t
seem to be much of a problem when I went
home, but the next day was a different story.
After sneezing a couple of times when I was
bent over, I suddenly had intense pain in my
back. Rev. Angley has taught us to pray for
ourselves before we do anything else, so I
did that; and after a little over a week, the
pain was almost gone.
Shortly after that, I had to sit on a hard chair
in the emergency room for about five hours
while my dad was having some tests done;
and later that day, I suddenly got shooting
pains in my back that felt as though somebody
was stabbing a knife into my back. As I started
to walk, I had to be very careful or those pains
would shoot through my back and almost
make me cry out. After a couple of weeks, the
pain was constant; and I could get no relief.
My back hurt no matter what I was doing and
even while I was sleeping.
After a service at church, Rev. Angley
prayed for me; and he immediately told me to
bend over and try it out. When I did, the pain
was gone. I straightened up, and I never had
another problem with that. I thank the Lord.
