Never give up on God.
About 20 years ago, my daughter was diagnosed
with a condition where she needed to undergo
surgery on her nose to give her easier breathing.
About that time, I came across your message about
the blest cloth; so I requested one through the mail.
Within a short time, you sent it to me. I had faith that
my daughter would be whole again, so I placed the
blest cloth over her nose and rebuked the devil telling
him he had no power over her life. Instantly that
night, she slept soundly without the usual struggle
to breathe, especially when sleeping.

In the year 2000, my aunty sent a prayer request
from South Africa. She was having a heart
attack. Rev. Ernest Angley prayed for her and then
responded through the mail. My aunty went for
medical checkups; and indeed, her heart attack
was completely healed. I bless God.
SOUTH AFRICA
When I was a kid and I got confined to the
house for a day because of something I had
done wrong, I thought that was cruel punishment.
Well, imagine being punished like
that for 40 years. But the Israelites deserved
that punishment because they doubted God’s
promises. Moses tried to tell them that God
would go before them and fight for them just
like He did when He brought them out of
Egypt, but they would not put their trust in
the Lord. Then they crossed the point of no
return, and they lost their reward.
Watch What You Say
How many victories have you lost because
you did not put your complete trust in the
Lord? God’s promises were there for you
to claim, but you let the fear of man or the
enemy’s discouraging thoughts cause you to
lose sight of those promises. Do you murmur
and complain about other people or the Lord’s
work in the privacy of your own home? Don’t
you know that God hears every word you say
just like He heard every word the Israelite
people said in the privacy of their own tents?
You should always keep a positive attitude;
and if you are not happy with someone or
something in the work of the Lord, then get
on your knees and talk to Jesus. The Lord
wants us to speak words that edify, bless and
encourage one another, not words that tear
down and destroy. It is hard enough fighting
the devil and his demons, so you don’t need
to be fighting your own brothers and sisters
in Christ, too.
Go God’s Way
After Moses had told the Israelite people
that they were not going to be able to claim
the land of Canaan, the people suddenly had
a change of heart. Then ye the Israelites
answered and said unto me Moses,
We have sinned against the LORD,
we will go up and fight, according
to all that the LORD our God commanded
us. And when ye had girded
on every man his weapons of war,
ye were ready to go up into the hill.
Can you believe the people would say such
a thing after all the Lord had done for them?
Some people today are the same way—when
the battle gets a little hot, they are ready to run
back to their old, sinful way of life and right
back into the devil’s bondage.
God will take only so much rebellion before
He brings down His hand of judgment, but
some people still think they can get by with
disobedience. When God had taken enough
of the Israelites’ doubt and unbelief, His judgment
did fall; and all the Israelites who were
20 years old and older were not allowed to
enter into the Promised Land. Instead, they
were forced to wander in the wilderness for 40
years.
